You can exercise or have sex to get relieved from hangovers. Hangovers can be prevented. Do not take liquor on an empty stomach. Having some food in your stomach helps in proper digestion of alcohol. It is best to take cheese when alcohol attacks your stomach. The best way to prevent hangover is to drink in moderation and not get drunk.

Beer gets digested very quickly. If to plan to mix drinks, it is advised to take beer first. Beer helps the body to absorb other drinks faster. Remember alcohol causes dehydration; therefore, it is best to drink water with alcohol.
